Rockin L is owned by Ernest Long , of Alto, TX. Rockin L was started in January of 2004 and continues to grow.
We established the Rockin L with a goal as a producer and marketer to sell only bulls and females that we would use in our own program. We work hard everyday to improve the quality of our Brangus bulls and heifers that we produce every year. We strive to produce beef type Brangus bulls that offer more breeding value, predictability, and traits that are based on the industry's needs rather than popularity or promotion. We strongly believe that no breed can bring value to the table like the Brangus breed. In our opinion Brangus offers more breeding value than any other breed. We took a really hard look at when the breed was established and how it has held it' s value . We performed a Gap Analysis using data from the 1980 through 1990 market place to today's markets and the comparison results were there in BLACK, no other breed has held it ' s value as long and strong as the Brangus. We feel strongly from the Gate to the Plate there isn't another breed out there that will give you the returns a rancher expects.
